At CozyVastra, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’ve made the return and exchange process simple and hassle-free.
✅ Free Returns and Exchanges
You can return or exchange items within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags, and in their original packaging. For multiple-item exchanges, please place separate requests for each item, selecting your preferred size or color.
🔁 One-Time Exchange Only
We allow only one exchange per order, even within the 7-day window. Kindly choose your size or color carefully during the exchange, as exchange orders are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.
🚫 Post 7-Day Window
After 7 days, we will not be able to process returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
🔥 Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product?
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can initiate an exchange request directly on our website. Please report such cases within 7 days of delivery.
🛍️ Combo and Discounted Orders
If you purchased multiple items as a combo and choose to return one, the refund will be based on the individual item price, not the combo price. For example: If you buy 2 pants for ₹1399 (combo price) and one pant costs ₹799 individually, returning one will refund you ₹600 (₹1399 – ₹799). For orders with discounts on multiple items, the refund will be recalculated based on the number of items you keep.
🔄 Exchange for a Different Product
You can exchange an item for another product of equal or lower value. If the replacement product is of lower value, the difference will be refunded to your bank account within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
