All items are handcrafted or designed with care in India, and minor variations may occur.
3. Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or pricing at any time.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Order confirmation does not signify our acceptance. We may cancel an order if items are unavailable, payment is incomplete, or if we detect fraudulent or suspicious activity.
If your order is canceled after payment, you will be notified and refunded promptly.
5. Payments
We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and other secure payment options via trusted gateways. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
6. Shipping
We currently ship within India. Delivery timelines are 3–7 business days depending on location.Shipping delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or external factors are beyond our control.
7. Returns & Exchanges
We offer size exchanges and replacements for damaged or defective items within [ 7] days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition, and with tags intact.
